Martina Gonzalez

Moved to Fl 12 years ago from Georgia, she has a background of landscape architecture, but her real passion is building and problem solving through design. She loves the farm and works hard every day to help the infrastructure be more sustainable and efficient. After many years of school and office jobs she has the freedom to be project manager where she feels connected to the land and she loves it too. Farmer, landscaper, architect, carpenter and even electrician, Martina is a huge part of Aloha Redland Farm.

Alicia del Aguila

Moved to FL 18 years ago from Peru, she has a background of art and creative expression. She studied photography, painting and illustration but found her passion through volunteer work with plants. After her first interaction with plants she was called to organic, clean ways of farming and growing. She cares deeply about where food comes from and believes in the small farmers movement along with Martina. Alicia strives to implement permaculture principles on the farm, as well as sustainable practices on soil building.

Together the two steer the farm into it's second year.
